Children/Youth as Peacebuilders defends the rights of children and youth living in armed conflicts and dangerous situations. We do this by working directly with young people to investigate abuses of their rights and the impact of war on their lives.
This evidence forms the basis for community programs and advocacy for justice. Young people participate in all of this work.
CAP works with young people who have been victims, witnesses and combatants in today’s wars. Our programs are currently focusing on the rights of young females and children born of war.
