Agnes is an M&E professional who has worked for international organizations supporting development programs in the sectors of human rights and governance, agriculture, health, education, and WASH at the regional and national levels.
At the regional level, Agnes worked for CGIAR partners promoting agricultural technology development in east, central, and southern Africa. In Uganda, she supported the Plan International child rights program and a CFAU project on coffee value chains.
She has successfully implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks, coordinated program researches and evaluations, contributed towards formulation and implementation of knowledge management strategies, and managed program databases.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Makerere University and is currently a Commonwealth Scholar pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of London South Bank. She speaks English and Kiswahili fluently.
